01Verify the exact bottle neck before selecting the cap
Send the bottle SKU, neck drawing or approved sample reference with the photographed 15FEA cap model. Shared neck wording is a starting point for review, not evidence that every bottle, pump and cap insert are interchangeable.
02Review the pump, collar and cap insert as one assembly
The cap connects to an insert and sits above the sprayer and collar. Confirm retention, clearance and the visible transition across all components instead of choosing the zinc alloy shell by appearance alone.
03Keep spray performance separate from cap appearance
Dip-tube length and spray behavior belong to the selected sprayer and bottle configuration. The decorative cap image does not establish those functional requirements, so include the fill product and pump direction in the project brief.
04Check silhouette, orientation and box clearance
Square, hexagonal, asymmetric and crown-shaped caps create different assembled heights and orientation requirements. Review the selected model with bottle decoration, logo direction and the planned protective insert before approving the retail pack.
05Prepare a model-specific compatibility enquiry
Include the exact cap image, bottle SKU or drawing, neck route, sprayer and collar direction, required finish, quantity, destination, box needs and target timing. OULU can then define the applicable sample and confirmation route without assuming unverified compatibility.
