Compare quotation routes before comparing unit prices
A bare stock bottle, an assembled bottle set, a decorated private-label pack and a new-mold development project do not contain the same work or materials. Require each quotation to identify what is included, excluded and still subject to confirmation.
Use the same quantity per version, component specification, decoration, box, packing, destination and commercial basis when comparing suppliers. A lower number for an incomplete scope is not evidence of a lower finished-pack cost.

Glass shape, weight and production route form the bottle baseline
Capacity does not determine one glass weight, exterior size, mold route or packing density. A compact 50ml bottle and a wide heavy-base 50ml bottle can create different glass, carton and freight requirements even before decoration is added.
Shortlist an exact SKU in the wholesale perfume bottle catalog or provide a controlled drawing for custom development. Ask whether the quotation follows an existing reference, a modified direction or a new mold so setup and tooling are not hidden inside an unclear unit price.
Price the sprayer, collar and cap as specified components
Pump construction, collar profile, finish, dip tube and cap material change the assembly scope. ABS, acrylic, wood, resin and zinc-alloy cap directions also differ in form, weight, finishing and fitted-box requirements.
Keep exact component references in the request and use the neck and sprayer matching guide. A quotation for a visually similar generic cap or an unspecified pump is not directly comparable with the selected assembly.
Decoration cost follows artwork, coverage, colors and approval work
Color coating, frosting, screen printing, hot stamping, labels and metallic details use different setup and production routes. The number of colors, coverage, registration, surface shape and quantity per version can change the quotation.
Send vector artwork where available, dimensions, placement, color references and the required process. Use the perfume bottle decoration guide and identify whether sample development, plates, screens or other setup items are included or quoted separately.
Retail boxes, inserts and export packing change the finished-pack cost
A folding carton, rigid box, drawer box and fitted insert have different board, paper, print, assembly and transport-volume implications. The insert must follow the approved assembled bottle rather than a generic capacity label.
State the retail box structure, artwork, insert material, pack orientation, master-carton requirements and destination. Use the box and insert guide to keep retail presentation and protective packing inside the same quotation scope.
Quantity, variant splits and samples affect how fixed work is allocated
Machine setup, color matching, artwork-dependent work, tooling and samples do not change in the same way as the number of finished units. A total quantity divided across several bottle colors, logos or box versions may create a different commercial structure from one specification at the same total quantity.
State the quantity for each SKU, color and artwork. Compare the MOQ planning guide and identify sample or setup costs separately so the quotation does not imply that every version shares one threshold or one price.
Request a quotation that can be compared and approved
Send the exact bottle SKU or design reference, capacity, quantity per version, destination, component direction, decoration, box, artwork status, sample requirement and target timing. Request a clear included-scope list and the applicable commercial and delivery basis.
