A 60ml fill volume does not create one standard exterior size

Sixty millilitres describes nominal capacity, not one standard exterior size. OULU-PB0601 has a tall rectangular body and black rectangular cap; OULU-PB0602 has a slimmer body and broad clear T-shaped cap; OULU-PB0603 has a wider, lower body and gold-tone cylindrical cap. The table transcribes the measurements shown on each supplied product image.

Use each row only for its exact SKU and photographed configuration. These reference measurements are not manufacturing tolerances or approved packaging cavity sizes. The 60ml perfume bottle collection presents the complete group for wholesale shortlisting; this guide focuses on how to compare and use the shown dimensions.

Read body height and overall height separately for each SKU

PB0601 shows 116mm bottle-body height and 138mm overall height. PB0602 shows 103mm and 122mm; PB0603 shows 83mm and 104mm. Each overall height includes the photographed closure configuration. For a shelf-height check or box review, retain both values and identify which measurement belongs to the glass body and which belongs to the pictured assembly.

If the cap, pump or collar changes, the final assembled height and shoulder clearance can also change. Do not subtract or add a generic component allowance. Confirm the intended assembly, then use the resulting assembled dimensions for the approved packaging structure.

Approximately 2.0 US fl oz describes capacity, not package footprint

A 60ml fill is approximately 2.0 US fluid ounces. That conversion can help a buyer communicate the nominal volume, but it does not answer how much shelf, tray or shipping space the product needs. Exterior footprint depends on the glass distribution, profile, base, shoulder, neck and selected closure.

PB0602 has the smallest shown body width and depth in this three-reference group, at 45mm and 26mm. PB0603 has the lowest shown overall height, at 104mm, but the widest body, at 71mm. PB0601 is the tallest, at 138mm overall. The image labels do not establish the maximum width of a projecting cap, so measure the complete approved assembly before making a box or insert.

Match the pump, collar and cap before finalizing the assembled size

The black rectangular, clear T-shaped and gold-tone cylindrical caps are photographed visual directions, not interchangeable components. Carry the chosen PB0601, PB0602 or PB0603 reference into the sprayer and collar review and the cap review, then confirm the neck system, pump, dip tube, collar, insert and finished assembly. A pictured finish does not establish the cap material or neck specification.

If the requested component direction differs from the photographed configuration, identify that change in the enquiry. Final compatibility, spray behavior, finish and availability must be reviewed against the exact bottle and project scope rather than inferred from this dimension guide.

Plan decoration and the box around the exact rectangular profile

The tall PB0601, slim PB0602 and wide PB0603 profiles offer different front-panel proportions. Exterior width is not the usable printing area: edges, curves and shoulder transitions still need artwork review. Send the logo dimensions, artwork status, color reference and intended decoration route with the exact SKU.

For the outer pack, begin with the sufficiently confirmed assembled width, depth and height, then add the required retention, finger access, protection and opening direction. Use the box types and inserts guide to compare structures, but do not copy a cavity from another 60ml bottle or finalize a carton from nominal capacity alone.

Carry the selected 60ml SKU into one packaging brief

Send the exact SKU, estimated quantity, destination, intended pump and cap, decoration direction, box or insert requirement, artwork status and target timing. State whether you want the pictured closure or a different direction, and identify any measurement or compatibility point that still needs confirmation.

Start a model-specific enquiry: Request PB0601, Request PB0602 or Request PB0603.

Use the packaging RFQ checklist to separate confirmed requirements from preferences. Live availability, MOQ, component fit, sampling route, price and schedule are confirmed for the selected SKU and approved project scope rather than inferred from this page.
